One-Click Rendering for Blender and Modo

One Click from Blender or Modo to Send Your Project and Start Rendering on RenderStreet

For the supported software (Blender and Modo), RenderStreet provides an add-on / plug-in which simplifies the process of sending the project and launching a render on our farm. With a single click, without leaving the 3D software interface, our add-on / plug-in collects automatically the project assets and sends the entire project to our farm. This way, you don't need to interrupt your work to pack / consolidate the file manually, or find and upload various assets by hand.

The Blender plug-in and Modo add-on can be downloaded from your RenderStreet account.

Blender add-on

Features:

  • Installs through the same process as any Blender add-on.
  • Works directly from the main Blender program window.
  • Uploads the project (fast upload, optimized) and launches a render (still image or animation) with a single click.
  • Automatically collects all the project assets and dependencies, including images, video textures, image sequences, IES lights, linked libraries.
  • Also collects MDD and Alembic (ABC) caches.
  • Supports OpenVDB volumes.
  • Collects and uploads existing bake caches: all physics, particle systems, ocean, simulation nodes.
  • Works with Blender versions 2.79 and higher (2.8x, 2.9x, 3.x, 4.x).
  • Allows selecting the rendering plan to be used for the project (if more than one plan is active in the user account).
  • Allows selecting CPU or GPU rendering (if using the on-demand plan).

Modo plug-in

Features:

  • Installs through the same process as any Modo plug-in.
  • Works directly from the main Modo program window.
  • Uploads the project (fast upload, optimized) and launches a render (still image or animation) with a single click.
  • Automatically collects all the project assets and dependencies, including images, image sequences, IES lights.
  • Also collects MDD and Alembic (ABC) caches.
  • Collects and uploads existing CSV caches.
  • Works with Modo versions 15.0 and higher.
  • Allows selecting the rendering plan to be used for the project (if more than one plan is active in the user account).
